Product FAQ: Cups and awards
- Can the text and logo be personalised?
- Yes: name, date, logo or message, engraved or printed depending on the item. Send the exact wording with your request.
- My event has a fixed date, is that possible?
- Give the date you need in your request: the workshop confirms the lead time before production starts.
- I have no design, can you create it?
- Yes: in the quote request, choose design help and our team creates your design. Have a file? Add it (PDF, PNG, JPEG or TIFF, 25 MB max) or send it on WhatsApp.
- How do timing and collection work?
- Give the date you need: the workshop confirms the lead time before production. Collect at the workshop in Sahline or choose delivery, and pay on receipt.
