Product FAQ: Welcome pack
- What does a pack contain?
- Items from our range (notebook, pen, bottle, mug, badge holder…) gathered in a gift box. You choose the pieces.
- Can every piece carry our logo?
- Yes: logo and colours on the items and on the box. The result is checked with you before production.
- I have no design, can you create it?
- Yes: in the quote request, choose design help and our team creates your design. Have a file? Add it (PDF, PNG, JPEG or TIFF, 25 MB max) or send it on WhatsApp.
- How do timing and collection work?
- Give the date you need: the workshop confirms the lead time before production. Collect at the workshop in Sahline or choose delivery, and pay on receipt.
